About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver sales targets and ensure flawless execution of commercial plans within the On-Trade channel
- Monitor KPIs including volume, value, distribution, and penetration to drive action plans
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships with key and potential customers
- Develop and execute joint business plans at the account level
- Lead, coach, and develop field teams to build a high-performance environment
- Analyze sales and customer performance to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, Marketing, and Supply teams
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and local regulations
Requirements
- 5-10 years of sales experience, preferably within On-Trade or FMCG environments
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in team management and leadership
- Strong analytical thinking, planning, and business development skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; ERP knowledge is a plus
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-based environment with flexible hours
