About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute joint business plans with key customers to drive sustainable growth and brand value.
  • Manage day-to-day commercial performance across On Trade outlets, wholesalers, and wine shops.
  • Drive sell-out growth by expanding distribution and optimizing in-store visibility.
  • Identify and onboard new business opportunities to strengthen partnerships with high-potential outlets.
  • Negotiate and monitor commercial agreements to ensure effective assortment and brand rotation.
  • Execute pricing strategies and monitor market and competitor pricing dynamics.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support sales forecasting, order management, and back-office reporting processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
  • University degree in Economics, Marketing, or Business Management.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and commercial management skills.
  • Proven experience in P&L management and executing promotional activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in Italian is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Digital savviness and familiarity with social media trends.
