About the role
Responsibilities
- Investigate and determine solutions for software and hardware problems
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including account and network configuration
- Route computer system problems to solution within agreed timeframes
- Prepare accurate and timely reports
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
Requirements
- Degree in Systems or related field (intern or graduate)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical user support and ticketing tools
- Experience with information backup control
- Experience with preventive and corrective computer maintenance
- Experience with IT equipment inventory management
- Experience with corporate image loading and equipment configuration/repair
- Proficiency with Active Directory and Operating System configuration
- Basic knowledge of infrastructure, network, and voice cabling
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience dealing with vendors
- Availability to work at least 6 days per month in Toluca
- Own transportation is desirable
