About the role

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and determine solutions for software and hardware problems
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including account and network configuration
  • Route computer system problems to solution within agreed timeframes
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals

Requirements

  • Degree in Systems or related field (intern or graduate)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical user support and ticketing tools
  • Experience with information backup control
  • Experience with preventive and corrective computer maintenance
  • Experience with IT equipment inventory management
  • Experience with corporate image loading and equipment configuration/repair
  • Proficiency with Active Directory and Operating System configuration
  • Basic knowledge of infrastructure, network, and voice cabling
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience dealing with vendors
  • Availability to work at least 6 days per month in Toluca
  • Own transportation is desirable
