About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site support to users
- Handle IT requests and incidents
- Intervene directly on workstations (PCs, peripherals, printers)
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot user equipment
- Participate in workstation deployment and preparation
- Manage level 1 and 2 incidents following procedures
- Escalate complex incidents to competent teams
- Track and update tickets in the management tool
- Ensure user satisfaction and service quality
Requirements
- Higher education in IT
- Several years of experience as an On-site Support Technician
- Proficiency with Office 365
- Proficiency with Windows environments
- Ticket management skills
- Driver's license for occasional travel between sites
- Ability to work in Chalon-sur-Saône
