On-site Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support to end-users to ensure operational continuity.
• Resolve incidents related to hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications.
• Configure and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and videoconferencing equipment.
• Support Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Manage tickets and incidents using ServiceNow.
• Document technical activities and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Maintain updated IT asset inventories and coordinate with external vendors.
• Support the configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of network infrastructure.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, IT, Communications, Networks, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in on-site support, infrastructure, and communications.
• Intermediate-advanced English (B2 level) with strong reading skills.
• Proficiency in Windows 10+, Active Directory, and VPN configuration.
• Experience with ticket management systems (ServiceNow preferred).
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN/WLAN diagnostics and basic switch/router configuration.
• Availability to work in shifts (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM).
• Ability to travel between local plant locations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as Cisco CCNA.
• Experience with HP Aruba, Juniper Networks, or MOXA industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix and Virtual Machines.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and access control security.
• Experience with radio links or satellite links.
