On-site Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for hardware, software, and basic network issues.
• Perform active maintenance, including installation and configuration of computers, printers, and CCTV systems.
• Manage applications such as Microsoft Office, email, and internal company systems.
• Document all incidents using ticketing tools and maintain IT inventory control.
• Apply information security policies and ITIL best practices.

Requirements

• Technical degree or bachelor's degree in Systems, Informatics, Networks, or a related field.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in technical support (internship experience is welcome).
• Proficiency in hardware diagnosis for PCs, laptops, and printers.
• Experience with Windows OS and user profile migration.
• Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and cabling.
• Experience using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Active Directory.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
• ITIL Foundation certification or related knowledge.
