About the role
Responsibilities
- Resolve IT incidents both on-site and remotely
- Register, track, and close tickets using support tools
- Configure, deliver, and support computing equipment (laptops and desktops)
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hardware and operating systems
- Provide basic support and maintenance for printers
- Manage basic IT inventory and asset control
- Escalate incidents when necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Systems, Informatics, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in on-site and remote technical support
- Knowledge of IT environments and ticket/Service Desk management
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office
- Hardware diagnostic and maintenance skills (PCs, laptops, printers)
- Experience with remote support tools like AnyDesk
- Basic network configuration knowledge (printers, nodes, connectivity)
Preferred Qualifications
- Studies or certifications in Windows and/or Cisco
Benefits
- $1,000 MXN daily pay for days worked within the base scheme (6 days)
- $800 MXN per day for additional coverage days
