About the role

Responsibilities

  • Resolve IT incidents both on-site and remotely
  • Register, track, and close tickets using support tools
  • Configure, deliver, and support computing equipment (laptops and desktops)
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hardware and operating systems
  • Provide basic support and maintenance for printers
  • Manage basic IT inventory and asset control
  • Escalate incidents when necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Systems, Informatics, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in on-site and remote technical support
  • Knowledge of IT environments and ticket/Service Desk management
  • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Hardware diagnostic and maintenance skills (PCs, laptops, printers)
  • Experience with remote support tools like AnyDesk
  • Basic network configuration knowledge (printers, nodes, connectivity)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Studies or certifications in Windows and/or Cisco

Benefits

  • $1,000 MXN daily pay for days worked within the base scheme (6 days)
