On-Site Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site representative for the Washington State University Seattle location
• Manage administrative and operational functions of the Seattle office
• Coordinate executive-level activities and university-wide project planning
• Act as an operational advisor to leadership regarding space management, event coordination, and program execution
• Oversee program outcomes, operational effectiveness, and resource coordination

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and four years of progressively responsible experience in a related functional managerial area
• At least one year of supervisory experience
• Ability to work fully on-site in Seattle, Washington
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently while responding to real-time operational needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working in higher education or a similarly complex organizational environment
• Experience with event coordination or meeting logistics
• Basic knowledge of audiovisual or IT troubleshooting
