On-Site Medic

About the Company

Join JobSiteCare, a physician-led company transforming healthcare on construction sites. We’re looking for a proactive On-Site Medic to support the safety and well-being of jobsite workers through injury prevention, on-site medical support, and coordination with clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments, administer first aid, and provide guided treatment under provider direction
• Support comprehensive case management through patient follow-ups, referrals, and ongoing care coordination
• Foster strong, trusting relationships with patients, on-site staff, and healthcare providers
• Serve as a resource for psychosocial support using a peer support model
• Lead proactive injury prevention initiatives, including stretch and flex programs and ergonomic coaching
• Accurately document patient interactions and care in the EHR system
• Maintain the on-site medical facility, ensuring it is clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Collaborate with jobsite safety teams by supporting orientations and trainings

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3–4 years of experience in emergency, occupational, or military medicine
• BLS, CPR, and First Aid certifications required
• EMT/NREMT preferred
• Ability to travel via multiple modes of transportation
• Reliable transportation to and from worksites
• Ability to walk jobsite for up to 5 hours daily and lift 25-50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• BLS for Healthcare Provider level (AHA) or Professional Rescuer (ARC)
• OSHA 30 and NYC SST 10 hour certifications
