On Premise Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as a Red Bull Brand Ambassador, representing the premium brand with authenticity and energy across influential on-premise venues like restaurants, bars, and clubs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers, venue partners, and industry stakeholders to drive brand affinity.
• Take ownership of on-premise sales and marketing execution within your assigned territory to drive growth and market presence.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities and implement innovative activation plans to elevate brand visibility.
• Serve as a trusted business partner by providing strategic insights, actionable recommendations, and measurable value to customers.
• Negotiate impactful partnership agreements that support sustainable business growth and long-term value.

Requirements

• Established contacts within the hospitality or beverage industry, or the ability to build them quickly.
• Experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality, catering, marketing, or sales.
• Proficiency in navigating iOS (iPhone/iPad) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Strong analytical sales skills with the ability to interpret customer data and develop value-driven initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20-30%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Additional language skills.
