On Premise Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute the CELSIUS On-Premise strategy within the assigned Southern California geography
• Lead a sales team in expanding the account base and driving On-Premise activations
• Utilize CRM tools to track field execution, sales opportunities, and performance metrics
• Partner closely with distributor partners through route rides, blitzes, and key account meetings
• Communicate ongoing sales, marketing, and execution opportunities to stakeholders
• Support the Sr. Director of On-Premise with field initiatives and market feedback
• Meet weekly and monthly KPIs and participate in regular performance planning calls

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in consumer goods sales, beverage industry, or distributor sales
• Knowledge of DSD and Broad Line distribution models
• Experience leading small sales teams, including setting agendas and providing professional development
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams
• Strong analytical, presentation, and customer engagement skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Must be 21+ years of age with a valid U.S. Driver's License and a clear MVR screening
