On Premise Manager, Central

Responsibilities

• Act as a Red Bull brand ambassador, showcasing the premium brand in trendy restaurants, bars, clubs, and festivals.
• Manage On Premise sales and marketing activities, identifying new market opportunities and trends.
• Serve as a business consultant to establish and nurture long-term professional relationships with key influencers and customers.
• Execute annual territory business plans and manage direct territorial budgets to improve ROI.
• Monitor product distribution and ensure stock availability through communication with distributor reps.
• Manage assets by tracking, staging, and displaying POS items appropriately.
• Spend approximately 80% of time in the field calling on accounts.

Requirements

• Established contacts within the nightlife, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
• Experience in beverage, gastronomy, hospitality, catering, marketing, or sales.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with iPhone, iPad, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong understanding of sales processes and data analysis.
• Valid driver's license and a clear driver's abstract.
• Post-Secondary Education in Sales or Marketing preferred.
• Ability to travel 40-50% of the time.
