On Premise Event Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute partnered music festivals and third-party events within the Northeast territory.
• Map and forecast music festivals and events to identify key cultural moments and promoter trends.
• Negotiate partnerships with promoters, venue operators, and sponsorship teams based on approved budgets.
• Manage on-site execution, including logistics, ticketing, hospitality, and staff credentialing.
• Coordinate with external production and fabrication vendors for asset transportation, load-in, and build.
• Manage project budgets of up to $200,000, optimizing for efficiency and scale.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Brand Marketing, and Field Marketing teams to drive brand visibility and consumer engagement.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in live event production and experiential marketing, specifically with festival experience.
• Proven expertise in strategic planning and orchestrating multi-layered event programs.
• Strong financial and vendor management skills, including experience managing $200K+ budgets.
• Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to travel 50-60% within the Northeast region.
• Must be willing to live in New York City.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
