On-Premise Channel Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and influence Southern Glazer's sales teams to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business objectives in the San Francisco market.
• Partner with distributor leadership to identify growth opportunities and drive accountability against key performance indicators.
• Develop and execute local market activation strategies, including consumer events, tastings, and promotional programs, to increase brand awareness.
• Manage territory planning, annual budgets, and brand investment funds to drive sales growth and market share gains.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key on-premise accounts, ranging from neighborhood bars to luxury hotels and hospitality groups.
• Utilize data and analytics to evaluate business performance and develop actionable plans to address market gaps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in beverage alcohol, consumer packaged goods (CPG), hospitality, or a related sales and marketing environment.
• Proven experience working with or managing distributor partners, preferably within the three-tier beverage alcohol system.
• Strong ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and build productive business partnerships.
• Exceptional organizational, project management, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
