On Premise Activation Agent

Responsibilities

• Drive brand presence, performance, and advocacy in select On Premise accounts
• Spot activation opportunities and propose client brands as solutions
• Install and maintain point-of-sale and printed materials within accounts
• Plan, book, and deploy consumer experiences at bars
• Impart key brand attributes to clients, trade, and consumers
• Partner with client commercial teams to identify growth opportunities
• Manage budgets, expenses, and reporting responsibilities
• Track performance data using agency-appointed platforms
• Maintain all legal and marketing code guidelines

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in the beer or spirits industry
• Experience with ready-to-drink (RTD) products preferred
• Reliable transportation for travel within assigned territory
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
• Physical ability to lift and move cases of product weighing 50+ pounds
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
