On Premise Activation Agent

Responsibilities

• Drive brand presence and advocacy in select On Premise accounts
• Identify and execute activation opportunities for client brands
• Install and maintain point-of-sale and printed materials
• Plan, book, and deploy consumer experiences at bars
• Partner with client commercial teams to identify growth opportunities
• Manage budgets, expenses, and performance reporting
• Maintain all legal and marketing code guidelines

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in the beer or spirits industry
• Experience with ready-to-drink (RTD) products preferred
• Must live and travel within the assigned territory (San Antonio/Austin)
• Access to reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business information tools
• Ability to lift and move cases of product weighing 50+ pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record in building customer relationships
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
