About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients and businesses in the Cairo area
- Present and effectively communicate Tagaddod's services and value proposition
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and referrals
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop market expansion strategies
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities and report observations to management
- Achieve or surpass sales targets to contribute to company growth
- Accurately document sales activities and client interactions
Requirements
- Experience in on-ground sales or equivalent customer-facing roles
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and sustain customer relationships effectively
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive approach
- Willingness to travel around Cairo as required
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the HORECA industry
- Proven experience as a Wholesale Representative or similar sales role
- Strong interest in sustainability and environmental solutions
