About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service to meet store sales budgets
- Process incoming donations by retrieving, sorting, and pricing items
- Maintain store appearance through tidy maintenance and attractive merchandise displays
- Replenish inventory levels based on supervisor directions
- Complete customer transactions accurately, including debit and credit payments
- Ensure store safety by maintaining clean walkways and clear fire exits
- Assist with general store maintenance and inventory control
Requirements
- Completion of public school
- Up to three months of related experience or life skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, crouching, and reaching
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items as required
- Ability to undergo and successfully pass a background check
