About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and visitors with warmth and hospitality, managing check-in and check-out procedures.
- Provide information regarding Hope Lodge amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Manage transportation services, including arranging and driving guests to and from appointments safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of transportation vehicles and perform routine inspections.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to appropriate staff.
- Maintain accurate guest records, including reservations and room assignments.
- Monitor the lobby area to ensure the safety and security of guests and property.
Requirements
- High School diploma or Equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in reservation systems.
- Proficiency in multi-line telephone systems.
- Ability to drive guests to appointments in a safe and courteous manner.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or a related field.
- Additional education or training in hospitality management or customer service.
