On Call Catering/Server Staff

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, including table settings, buffet prep, and service stations
• Provide attentive food and beverage service during catered events
• Clear dishes, refresh service areas, and maintain event cleanliness
• Break down event spaces following established procedures
• Collaborate with event leads, kitchen staff, and other servers
• Follow event timelines and directions to keep service running smoothly
• Maintain professionalism with guests and event organizers
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements

• Prior banquet or catering experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to varying event needs and work on short notice
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift 10-20 lbs and stand for long periods
