On-Board Technologies Product & Integration Development

Responsibilities

• Define and develop a scalable on-board precision technology portfolio, including entry-level guidance and advanced automation features.
• Lead system-level design and integration for guidance, positioning, sensor, and operator interfaces.
• Act as the primary technical interface with Chinese integration partners and suppliers to evaluate technical capability and scalability.
• Support system-level testing and validation through development, pilot production, and field trials.
• Collaborate with vehicle platform, software, and manufacturing teams to ensure products are manufacturable and serviceable.
• Develop technical documentation, including system architectures and integration guidelines, to support global reuse.

Requirements

• Experience in on-board systems integration for vehicles, machinery, or industrial equipment.
• Strong understanding of precision agriculture technologies, such as guidance systems and vehicle integration.
• Proven experience working with external suppliers or integration partners.
• Solid understanding of product development and industrialisation processes.
• High standard of written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work autonomously and iterate toward solutions with incomplete information.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or Agricultural Engineering).
• Experience in agriculture, off-highway, automotive, or industrial machinery sectors.
• Exposure to precision agriculture or driver-assist systems.
• Experience supporting both OEM and aftermarket solutions.
