On and Off Premise Beer Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Pursue new distribution opportunities and upsell SKUs to increase market impact
• Collaborate with distributor managers to ensure product inventory and manage out-of-stock issues
• Provide brand and product training to accounts regarding ingredients, brewing processes, and trends
• Maintain store shelf standards, product rotation, and planogram compliance
• Execute POS programs and build brand displays according to off-premise standards
• Assist in executing impactful promotions and educational presentations
• Utilize online databases to track territory progress and manage budgets for monthly reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with all alcoholic beverage regulations

Requirements

• Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in beer, wine, or spirits
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
• Ability to lift and move cases of product (50+ pounds) frequently
• Ability to bend, squat, climb, and kneel for product displays
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail, on-premise, or off-premise work experience
• Experience in bartending, bar management, or as a distributor sales representative
