On and Off Premise Beer Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Pursue new distribution opportunities and upsell existing accounts
• Collaborate with distributor managers to ensure product inventory and manage OOS issues
• Provide brand and product training to accounts regarding ingredients, pairings, and history
• Maintain store shelf standards, inventory rotation, and planogram compliance
• Execute POS programs and build brand displays according to standards
• Assist in executing impactful promotions and educational presentations
• Utilize online databases to track territory progress
• Manage budget and maintain records for monthly reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with all alcoholic beverage regulations

Requirements

• Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Must be 21 years or older
• 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in beer, wine, or spirits
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must live in the assigned territory with access to reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license and registered/insured vehicle with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move cases of product (50+ pounds) frequently
• Ability to climb, kneel, and stoop for product displays
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail, on-premise, or off-premise work experience
• Experience as a Bartender, Waitress, Bar Management, or Distributor Sales Rep
