OMP Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver actionable supply chain transformation solutions to improve KPIs such as service, cost, and cash
• Translate business requirements into practical technical functionalities within the OMP system
• Design planning solutions, create operating models, and lead workshops and fit-gap assessments
• Model master data and configure the system in alignment with business requirements defined in user stories
• Support Sprint activities and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Validate planning and transactional data to build optimization models, analytical reports, and presentations
• Provide system solutions and process adjustments to address unstructured problems

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with OMP (specifically OPR, S&OP, or DP modules) in transformation or implementation projects
• Fluent English communication skills
• Strong understanding of S&OP models and experience in planning or scheduling
• Ability to deliver comprehensive data assessments for the optimization of planning processes
• Expertise in supply chain processes within industries such as FMCG, Pharma, or Automotive
• Ability to work independently and proactively to boost client satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, or Engineering
• OMP Certification (User Engagement, OPAL)
• Proficiency in the OPAL programming language
• Knowledge of other planning software such as SAP, Kinaxis, or Blue Yonder
• Additional language skills at a B2 level or higher
