Omnichannel Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the successful implementation of defined SLAs for omnichannel orders
• Own day-to-day omnichannel operations across Retail, eCommerce, Personal Shopping, and Fulfillment
• Develop and improve operational processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures
• Oversee daily order flow and partner with 3PL providers to optimize routing and execution
• Maintain inventory integrity across all DTC inventory pools using ERP systems
• Act as a subject matter expert for omnichannel systems including ERP, OMS, WMS, and POS
• Develop reporting to measure operational performance and omnichannel KPIs
• Serve as a liaison between Retail, Customer Service, Distribution, Technology, and Finance

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in Omnichannel Operations, Retail Operations, or Logistics
• Experience in luxury, fashion, or consumer goods environments preferred
• Proven track record managing cross-functional operational initiatives
• Experience partnering with third-party logistics (3PL) providers
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
• Experience with ERP, OMS, WMS, POS, and eCommerce platforms (RLM and Shopify preferred)
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
