Omnichannel Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive omnichannel business across platforms in alignment with Haleon’s digital strategy
• Develop omnichannel plans and lead Joint Business Plans (JBP) with platforms to achieve business objectives
• Manage the omnichannel digital shelf based on shopper behavior and company guidance
• Collaborate with performance marketing managers to ensure conversion-focused campaign execution
• Drive media, activation, and promotion efficiency by partnering with marketing and sales teams
• Evaluate and optimize omnichannel investments to deliver competitive ROI
• Develop and execute annual livestream plans across all platforms and portfolios
• Manage the ROI and measurement of livestream investments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital commerce, or a related field
• 6 years of experience as a Key Account Manager (KAM) in digital commerce within the FMCG industry
• Strong commercial acumen, including budget management and performance tracking
• Solid understanding of digital commerce fundamentals and the online path to purchase
• Proven ability to use data, insights, and KPIs to drive commercial decisions
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently within a matrix organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with digital commerce analytics or digital shelf tools
• Experience partnering with retailer media networks or collaborating on digital activation plans
• Strong curiosity regarding digital commerce trends and evolving online retail models
