Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the omnichannel engagement strategy for the Saudi cluster, aligned with global direction and business objectives
• Design customer segmentation and targeted engagement blueprints using HCP behavior, prescription data, and insights
• Plan and deliver end-to-end omnichannel campaigns across digital, virtual, email, and physical channels
• Develop, localize, and deploy compliant multimedia content in collaboration with Medical, Regulatory, and Marketing teams
• Monitor HCP interactions, SLAs, and engagement performance metrics to optimize effectiveness and ROI
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders through field visits and medical events in Saudi Arabia

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Minimum 3+ years of pharmaceutical commercial experience (sales and/or marketing)
• 2+ years in omnichannel or digital roles
• Expertise in customer segmentation and behavioral targeting
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Veeva or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Solid understanding of the Saudi healthcare market and regulations
• Fluent in Arabic and English
