About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver and exceed key commercial KPIs including revenue, sell-out, and profitability
- Monitor trading across the district and take action to optimize performance
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of store managers across multiple locations
- Build a high-performing, engaged team aligned to brand standards and goals
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality in-store experience across all channels
- Oversee performance across owned, franchise, and partner stores
- Drive strong execution across visual merchandising, product, and operations
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, and HR
- Provide regular insight on market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior
Requirements
- Solid experience within retail, ideally in a fashion or lifestyle brand
- Strong commercial understanding with experience managing KPIs and P&L
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams across multiple locations
- Confident influencing and building relationships across internal teams and partners
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and operate at pace
- Passion for retail and delivering a best-in-class consumer experience
