Omni Retail Systems Specialist - Business Solutions

Responsibilities

• Ensure retail systems align with the overall corporate strategy
• Research, identify, and develop new business solutions in collaboration with Product Owners
• Test and execute successful live launches of new store systems and application versions
• Create training materials and user manuals to support system implementation
• Initiate and support the rollout of merchandise and O2O (Online-to-Offline) systems to optimize store processes
• Document all system changes and requirements to ensure successful implementation
• Facilitate feedback processes with stakeholders and market support to capture business and legal requirements
• Analyze system data to identify areas for improvement and ensure system consistency
• Provide necessary support to business units regarding store systems and processes to ensure high availability

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Extensive relevant professional experience in similar roles, preferably within a multinational company
• Comprehensive knowledge of retail merchandise and O2O systems
• Deep understanding of store systems, processes, and operational workflows
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with a solid understanding of IT infrastructure
• High level of user awareness and a commitment to developing optimal business solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Fluent English skills; proficiency in German or other languages is an advantage
