About the role
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound queries relating to Pensions and Flexible Benefits via telephone, email, and web chat
- Return voicemails and perform necessary call backs
- Document all discussions and required actions clearly and accurately
- Aim to resolve caller queries on first contact, utilizing online self-serve tools where appropriate
- Handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion in accordance with data protection legislation
- Provide exceptional customer service by adapting to different caller scenarios and client processes
- Work efficiently to achieve both personal and team performance targets
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in inbound customer service (experience with GB clients preferred)
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage multiple computer windows simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, including listening, spoken, and written English
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet service level targets
