About the role

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound queries relating to Pensions and Flexible Benefits via telephone, email, and web chat
  • Return voicemails and perform necessary call backs
  • Document all discussions and required actions clearly and accurately
  • Aim to resolve caller queries on first contact, utilizing online self-serve tools where appropriate
  • Handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion in accordance with data protection legislation
  • Provide exceptional customer service by adapting to different caller scenarios and client processes
  • Work efficiently to achieve both personal and team performance targets

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in inbound customer service (experience with GB clients preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage multiple computer windows simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills, including listening, spoken, and written English
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet service level targets
