O&M Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation and maintenance of vehicles to ensure seamless service and reliability in the Atlanta area
• Manage maintenance technicians and contracted staff, ensuring high levels of technical knowledge through training and re-certification
• Monitor and evaluate employee work performance to meet quality and quantity standards
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules, shift work, and contingency plans to support revenue service
• Collaborate across departments to manage preventive and corrective maintenance plans and emergencies
• Oversee parts usage tracking, timely reordering, and accurate recording of time and materials in SES/GSI
• Enforce safety rules, conduct safety risk analyses, and address employee safety concerns

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or an equivalent field
• Experience leading teams in a maintenance or operational environment
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance processes
• Proficiency in maintenance management systems such as SES/GSI
• Understanding of safety protocols and conducting safety risk analysis
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration
• Ability to analyze performance and equipment data
