O&M Monitoring & Insights Intern

Responsibilities

• Support daily maintenance and data quality improvement of the Insight Portal to ensure actionable data.
• Assist with API-based data integration to connect the Insight Portal with the unified O&M platform.
• Organize and manage alarm, site, and asset data to maintain structured information flows.
• Support the design and implementation of O&M dashboards and data reports for visual insights.
• Contribute to data analysis and visualization for O&M performance and issue tracking.
• Identify data gaps, system issues, and opportunities for digitalization improvements.

Requirements

• Currently studying Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Structured, analytical mindset with a passion for working with data.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, databases, Excel, Power BI, Python, or SQL.
• Detail-oriented and reliable with the ability to spot data inconsistencies.
• Confident communication skills in English (C1 level).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with monitoring platforms, IoT data, or renewable energy systems.
• Knowledge of alarm management or renewable energy operations.
• Proficiency in German or Chinese language skills.
