O&M Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform and support day-to-day operations and maintenance activities for gas plants and pipeline systems
• Monitor plant and pipeline performance to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Execute preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities
• Maintain mechanical equipment including static and rotary equipment such as vessels, heat exchangers, pumps, compressors, and valves
• Diagnose equipment faults and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime
• Support shutdowns, turnarounds, and major maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare maintenance reports, work orders, and technical documentation
• Coordinate with operations teams, contractors, and vendors during maintenance activities
• Utilize SAP PM for maintenance planning, execution, and reporting

Requirements

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering
• 5 - 8 years of experience in operations and maintenance of gas plants and pipelines
• Proven experience in plant and pipeline operations
• Strong hands-on experience in maintenance of mechanical equipment (static and rotary)
• Knowledge of gas processing facilities and pipeline systems
• Expertise in mechanical maintenance practices and equipment reliability
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Good understanding of safety procedures and permit-to-work systems

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP PM experience
