O&M Data & Platform Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of the unified O&M platform to build the digital backbone of European service operations
• Assist with CRM-YIDA data integration and data verification to ensure seamless information flow
• Support master data management for contracts, sites, customers, and assets to maintain data reliability
• Help build and improve automated workflows for O&M handover, LTSA management, and revenue tracking
• Support data ingestion and integration between YIDA, CSP, and the Insight Portal
• Prepare dashboards and data reports to provide real-time visibility into European operations
• Identify data quality issues and contribute to process automation improvements

Requirements

• Currently studying Business Informatics, Information Systems, Data Management, Engineering, Renewable Energy, Computer Science, or a related field
• Structured way of working with the ability to organize complex information into logical data structures
• Strong analytical skills and an interest in both business processes and technical system logic
• Fluency in English at a C1 level
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with diverse stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Excel, databases, low-code platforms, APIs, or dashboards
• Knowledge of CRM systems, Python, SQL, or Power BI
• Proficiency in German or Chinese language skills
