Oligonucleotide Scientist

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, validate, and execute analytical methods for oligonucleotide API, drug substance, and drug product testing
• Perform analytical tasks using HPLC, UHPLC, GC, UV/Vis, and dissolution
• Conduct analytical investigations and troubleshoot instrumentation
• Author methods, protocols, and reports ensuring GxP compliance
• Train and mentor junior laboratory staff
• Manage and discuss technical projects with clients

Requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in Analytical Chemistry or related scientific discipline
• Experience performing analytical testing with oligonucleotides in a GMP-regulated environment
• Strong expertise in chromatography (HPLC, UHPLC, IEX, SEC) and mass spectrometry (LC-MS, LC-MS/MS)
• Familiarity with ICH guidelines and GxP regulatory standards
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

• Experience in method development and validation
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
