About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform oligonucleotide manufacturing activities in accordance with written protocols and departmental direction
  • Maintain accurate and complete batch records, equipment logs, and production documentation following Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
  • Conduct basic laboratory tasks and analytical measurements to support product quality
  • Assist with routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment in compliance with cGMP and ISO 13485 standards
  • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and disposal of reagents and hazardous waste according to EHS guidelines
  • Support inventory management by monitoring consumables and communicating shortages

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or 1 year of equivalent industry experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and web-based applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment with meticulous attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience or familiarity working in a laboratory and cGMP regulated environment
  • Experience with laboratory equipment such as HPLC, mass spectrometry, liquid handlers, or pipettes
  • Familiarity with laboratory software platforms like Unicorn, Empower, or Chromeleon
