Oil & Gas Training Instructor (Operations)

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs related to oil and gas operations
• Assess training needs and tailor programs to meet organizational requirements
• Use a variety of instructional techniques such as simulations, hands-on workshops, and e-learning
• Evaluate trainee progress and provide constructive feedback
• Ensure all training materials comply with industry standards and regulations
• Collaborate with operational teams to align training content with current practices
• Maintain training records and documentation for auditing and compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of practical experience in oil and gas operations
• Proven experience as a training instructor or facilitator
• Proficiency in oil and gas operations, petrochemicals, plant control, and refinery operations
• Knowledge of well services, wireline, well completion, and plant start-up/shut down processes

Preferred Qualifications

• IELTS or TOEFL certification
