Oil Condition Fluid Analyst

Responsibilities

• Interpret laboratory results of oil, grease, coolant and fuel analysis
• Prepare clear, accurate technical reports for customers
• Provide practical comments and recommendations based on equipment design and operating conditions
• Identify wear trends, contamination sources, and lubricant degradation issues
• Liaise with customers to confirm analysis requirements and sampling schedules
• Support laboratory workflow and sample registration
• Perform instrument calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Contribute to quality control and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Science or a related discipline
• Practical experience in the Oil, Gas and Chemicals industry
• Experience in condition monitoring, testing and/or maintenance
• Understanding of laboratory operations, QA/QC, and NATA accreditation
• Proficient computer literacy for technical data and reporting
