Oil and Gas Projects Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational teams across supply base and logistics activities
• Oversee loading, unloading, storage, and material handling operations
• Manage inventory movements and system transactions
• Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility (COR) and load restraint requirements
• Oversee the safe handling and storage of dangerous goods
• Work closely with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Drive strong safety behaviours, verification, and operational discipline
• Support planning, coordination, and execution of project work

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within logistics, supply base, or oil & gas operations
• Strong safety leadership and understanding of high-risk environments
• Experience with lifting operations, load restraint, and materials handling
• Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (COR) requirements
• Ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and maintain high standards
• Confident communicator with a customer-focused mindset
