OIC Consultant

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP services and third-party connectors.
• Customize and develop Oracle ERP components: forms, reports, workflows, and RICE objects.
• Develop PL/SQL packages, procedures, APIs and scripts for interfaces and data processing.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution and performance optimization for integrations.
• Implement and maintain security standards and integration protocols across systems.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation: integration designs, test scripts and support logs.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to gather, validate and translate requirements.
• Support Oracle Financials and Procurement modules from an integration and technical perspective.
• Provide root cause analysis and incident resolution for issues involving Oracle EBS and OIC; liaise with Oracle Support when required.
• Lead end-to-end integration projects, support testing cycles, deployments and go-live activities; deliver knowledge transfer to internal teams.

• Experience exposing PL/SQL as REST services
• Knowledge of multi-org architecture
• Experience with Web ADI, OA Framework, APEX and JSP customization
• Prior experience in UAE or regional Oracle implementations
