Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure property standards and efficient equipment operation
• Diagnose and correct faults in electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical installations
• Execute service orders via the Knowcross system with precision and safety
• Conduct maintenance checklists in common areas, guest rooms, and technical spaces (AC, refrigeration, plumbing)
• Perform daily inspections of essential equipment such as cold rooms, cooling towers, and refrigerated counters
• Organize and control maintenance materials and tools in the warehouse
• Comply with all safety regulations, including the use of PPE and adherence to NR10 and NR35 standards

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Technical course in Mechanics, Electrotechnics, or a related field
• Knowledge of electrical circuits, commands, and low/medium voltage systems
• Skills in hydraulics, refrigeration, air conditioning, and masonry repairs
• Valid NR10 (electricity safety) and NR35 (work at height) certifications
• Proficiency in Portuguese (speaking, reading, and writing)
