Responsibilities

• Maintain building facilities and perform masonry work, including tiling, brickwork, and finishing walls, ceilings, and floors.
• Provide emergency assistance to production or safety equipment, responding immediately to calls to prevent production downtime.
• Execute services using professional tools in accordance with plant specifications, technical drawings, and service orders.
• Assist the warehouse clerk with spare parts control and material procurement by providing appropriate specifications and criticality definitions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 6S standards, safety, quality, and environmental protocols.

Requirements

• High School Diploma and a Technical degree in Mechanics, Electrical, or Mechatronics (completed or in progress).
• Previous experience in civil construction, electrical/mechanical repairs, and general maintenance services.
• Knowledge of corrective, predictive, and preventive maintenance for equipment.
• Valid Driver's License (Category B).

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
• Proficiency in IT tools, including ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate knowledge of technical drawing tools such as AutoCAD or similar software.
