Offshore Subsea Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Aid Project team in procedural development for offshore ROV operations
• Create and manage mobilization plans and on-deck operations
• Write offshore work instructions and field reports
• Provide operational control directing operations on deck and subsea
• Facilitate risk assessments, lift plans, and Management of Change (MOC) processes
• Liaise with offshore Client Representatives and vessel/subsea teams
• Supervise offshore operations and project engineers during planning activities
• Participate in Site Integration Testing and Tooling Factory Acceptance Testing

Requirements

• Subsea IRM experience
• Supervisory experience in subsea construction and offshore operations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs
• Engineering or Technology degree (considered an asset)
• Experience controlling vessel operations during subsea activities (Diving, ROV, or Survey) is an asset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with developing lift plans
• Experience facilitating MOCs and HIRAs
• Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar software
