Offshore Lead Structural Engineer - Civil

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and designers for major offshore projects
• Coordinate with other operating centers and clients to ensure project alignment
• Manage project execution within budgeted hours and meet schedules while maintaining industry standards
• Handle man-hour estimation, resource planning, and project presentations to management
• Review vendor drawings and coordinate effectively with subcontractors
• Oversee project phases ranging from feasibility and conceptual design to FEED, EPC, and PMC

Requirements

• Graduate Engineer degree, with a Master's degree preferred
• 15 to 20 years of total professional experience, including at least 12 years of related experience
• Deep expertise in the analysis and design of Jacket and FPSO topsides
• Proficiency in performing In-Service and Pre-Service analyses, including In-place, Pushover, Fatigue, Loadout, Lift, Transportation, Jack-up, and Float-over
• Advanced software skills in SACS, GRL WEAP, SESAM, and Navisworks for 3D model review
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt and relocate to different centers or countries as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous site experience in offshore environments
• Experience working across various project lifecycle stages including FEED and EPC
