Offshore Lead Structural Engineer - Civil

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and designers for major projects, ensuring execution within budgeted hours and project schedules.
• Coordinate with other operating centers and clients to maintain quality and industry standards.
• Perform man-hour estimation, resource planning, and proposal development.
• Review vendor drawings and coordinate effectively with subcontractors.
• Provide technical direction and oversee employee performance, coaching, and development of junior professionals.

Requirements

• Graduate Engineer degree; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years of related experience in structural engineering.
• Sound knowledge in the analysis and design of Jacket and FPSO topsides.
• Ability to independently perform and guide In-Service and Pre-Service analyses, including In-place, Pushover, Fatigue, Loadout, Lift, Transportation, Jack-up, and Float-over.
• Proficiency in SACS, GRL WEAP, and SESAM.
• Experience with 3D model review using Navisworks.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience across various project phases including feasibility, conceptual, FEED, EPC, and PMC.
• Previous site experience.
• Adaptability to relocate to different centers or countries.
