Offshore Accountant

Responsibilities

• Manage full accounting cycles for a portfolio of 30+ clients, including sales invoicing and supplier invoice validation.
• Perform weekly bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy and zero unreconciled variances.
• Process month-end adjustments such as accruals, prepayments, depreciation, and gratuity provisions.
• Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations and system-generated financial reports.
• Support internal accounting operations, including payroll processing and project-based expense allocation.
• Maintain effective communication with clients regarding accounting queries and reporting matters.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and ZATCA requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a professional services or audit environment.
• Mandatory fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Mandatory experience working with payroll, customs, and the ZATCA portal.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume workloads and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA.
