Offshore Accountant

Responsibilities

• Manage full accounting cycles for a portfolio of 30+ clients, including sales invoicing and supplier invoice validation.
• Perform weekly bank and credit card reconciliations and provide regular financial updates to clients.
• Process month-end adjustments such as accruals, prepayments, depreciation, and gratuity provisions.
• Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations to ensure zero unreconciled variances.
• Support internal accounting operations, including payroll processing and project-based expense allocation.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential accounting records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Liaise directly with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve accounting queries and reporting matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proven experience managing multiple clients or working within a professional services, audit, or accounting environment.
• Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and manage high-volume workloads effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA.
