Offline Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment including hydraulic reelers, electric reelers, lift trucks, table saws, rotors, and band saws
• Inspect products for quality non-conformance and report findings
• Complete production paperwork accurately following established procedures
• Physically parallel or coil conduit to meet specific requirements
• Maintain, clean, and report defects in equipment
• Maintain a neat, orderly, and safe work environment
• Assist in the training of new associates

Requirements

• Prior forklift experience is required
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Basic math skills and ability to take measurements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without assistance
• Ability to stand, squat, bend, and remain stationary for up to 8 hours per shift
• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience
• Bilingual skills
