Offline Media Planner

Responsibilities

• Support competitive analysis for clients using media monitoring tools (e.g., Fusion, Nielsen, AdIntel) to understand market positioning and competitor investments
• Assist in uploading and updating media plans via dedicated tools (e.g., AdBox), monitoring budgets, and verifying investment allocation
• Support the booking of offline media spaces (TV, radio, and print) and manage confirmations for broadcasting and publication
• Coordinate with advertising agencies to collect and transmit necessary information regarding media materials
• Collaborate with creative agencies to ensure the correct delivery of advertising materials in compliance with deadlines

Requirements

• Academic background in Media, Advertising, Communication, Marketing, or related disciplines
• Strong interest in offline communication, with a specific focus on TV media
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Fluency in English
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a predisposition for teamwork
• Proactive attitude, curiosity, and a strong desire to learn
