About the role
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of the DC office, ensuring clean and functional workspaces
- Serve as a welcoming presence, greeting guests and coordinating conference room setups
- Own in-office events, customer visits, team gatherings, and interview logistics
- Coordinate vendor relationships for maintenance, cleaning, security, and supplies
- Coordinate workspace setup and badge access in partnership with IT and People Ops
- Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver a consistent visitor experience
- Identify opportunities to improve office experience and space usage
- Support safety and operational standards, including emergency procedures
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in office coordination, workplace operations, or hospitality
- Experience in high-growth technology companies preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Service-oriented mindset with a natural inclination toward hospitality
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Located in DC and willing to work in the office 5x/week
